Landscape Maintenance for Commercial, Apartments, HOA Communities:
There are two elements we take pride in when we service our landscape maintenance contracts:

1) We are your long-term landscape company. All too often I hear from property owners or managers that they've changed their landscaper 2-3 times within the past two years. Our commitment to providing superior landscaping services is evident in the fact that we have not lost a single one of these contracts.
The excellent service our clients received during the first few months of their contract is the same level of service they continue to receive years later.

2) Our contract prices are competitive and non-volatile. Contract prices should never increase simply because you've reached the anniversary date of your maintenance contract. During the past two years, none of our clients have experienced a price increase.

Landscape Maintenance for Residential:
Anyone with a truck, trailer and tools can call themselves a landscape company. In fact, you'd probably be able to find 5-10 landscapers that can easily trim your plants, remove weeds and blow out your leaf debris on an equal performance level.

So instead of listing all of the obvious landscape maintenance elements we do, let me identify for you what makes us different:

1) Insured. We carry workers compensation, general liability and commercial auto insurance. For this reason, it's difficult to price compete with other landscapers that pay themselves cash and pay their workers cash. These types of "landscape companies" are not concerned about protecting your property. It's a sacrifice for us in order that you the homeowner, have peace of mind that your most valuable asset is protected from an injured worker or falling tree limb.

2) Licensed Contractor. Being licensed is only a requirement when performing work in excess of $1,000. However, it demonstrates to you that we are not only established, but are being held accountable to the AZ Registrar of Contractors as well as the Southern Arizona Better Business Bureau (view our rating).

3) Service With Integrity. While other landscapers are more interested in maximizing what they can earn from each individual, we're more interested in showing you ways to save money in your landscape. For instance, did you know that over 95% of homeowners are over watering their landscape? Over watering causes excess plant growth (increases trimming frequency) and supports weed growth at the base of the plants. We are committed to providing you with excellent service with the least frequency as possible.
